Talent Acquisition Partner - Sourcing (Hybrid)
At NorthBay Health, The Talent Acquisition Partner (TA Partner) Sourcing is a member of the Talent Acquisition Team (TA Team) and is responsible for building and sustaining talent pipelines that support NorthBay Health’s physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), leadership, and other hard-to-fill positions. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition and Physician Recruitment, this role advances organizational growth through innovative sourcing strategies, institutional partnerships, and talent market engagement initiatives .
This position functions as a strategic talent market architect and recruitment brand ambassador, leading outbound sourcing efforts, cultivating long-term residency and professional external organizational and community relationships, and delivering market intelligence to recruitment leadership. The TA Partner ensures an exceptional candidate experience from first engagement through recruiter handoff, while leveraging analytics, technology, and consultative partnership to drive measurable recruitment outcomes aligned with workforce planning priorities and established benchmarks.
This role is hybrid, that will work onsite in Solano/Napa/Sonoma region multiple times per week/month and/or traveling to attend conferences and other recruitment events.
Education: Bachelor degree in healthcare administration, Human Resources or related field or business administration is required or a minimum of 8 years of experience in technical, healthcare, executive level recruitment and high-volume Sourcing, may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
Memberships: Membership in Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (“ASPR”), or National Association of Health Care Recruiting (NAHCR), Healthcare Recruitment or other industry relevant associations, preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Recruitment Certification, AIRS Certification preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in licensed and non-licensed healthcare/hospital /technical high-volume sourcing and full-service recruitment, high volume growth recruitment in startup or health organization preferred.
Requires data management and business intelligence skills.
Demonstrated high level skill with Boolean searches.
Experience with cold calling, cold emailing, texting and vetting candidates sourced
Experience with applicant tracking systems and CRMs, experience with Oracle preferred.
Highly visible role, strong communication skills in writing, verbal and presenting.
Comfortable and experienced with social media platforms, posting recruitment and employer brand content including images, post, threads, reels, videos to engage with passive candidates on LI and other social pages.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects
Requires a level of comfort with taking initiative and being accountable for team work and service excellence.
Requires a broad range of experience with recruiting multiple skill sets and job functions
Skills:
Knowledge and understanding of healthcare industry, terminology and standards
Must be self-motivated and a self-starter who works well under pressure
Must be highly organized with demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of requisitions.
Requires superb communications skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
Requires data management and business intelligence skills. Demonstrated high level skill with Boolean searches.
Exceptional interview skills and ability to discern character.
Exceptional social skills. Ability to establish strong rapport quickly, persuasive communication style.

Proficient In Excel, Smartsheets, presentations, PC and skills with various computer programs.

Hours of Work:
Hybrid work schedule, must live a commutable distance to NorthBay Health.
Travel to local, state and national conferences, career fairs, recruitment events and residency program development.
Exempt
May be occasionally required to alter work schedule or work after hours based on business need.
Compensation: $126K - 146K annual (Max rate is commensurate of 20+ years of experience)
