Sr. Systems Analyst, Oracle ERP Integration
Full Time, FTE:  1
Administration Center
Fairfield, CA (GreenValley)

**This is an onsite position, requires candidate to work in Fairfield California**

At NorthBay Healthcare the Sr. Systems Analyst reports to the department Director and provides support in the installation, configuration, conversion, and ongoing support and optimization of the Oracle ERP Cloud suite of applications, specifically in the areas of data conversion and integration using Oracle’s Integration Cloud (OIC), Cloud Adapters and Connectors, Web Services and File Based Data Import and Export (FBDI). This position analyzes, configures, tests, implements and maintains the integration with the Oracle suite of applications and other financial information systems as well as provides advanced knowledge and expertise in problem determination, evaluation and resolution.  The applications supported by the incumbent(s) may include but are not limited to General Financials, Supply Chain, and Human Resource Management.  The incumbent must have a thorough knowledge of the integration needs of an integrated healthcare delivery system.    

Primary system administrator, leading the development, maintenance and support for Oracle ERP Integration and data conversion.
Works closely with stakeholders, often on premise to observe workflow and understand business requirements. Analyzes customer requirements, researches best practices, and understands system capabilities to work with end-users to correct or improve business processes optimizing the use of technology.
Creates test plans, defines test cases, executes test scripts, and performance QA processes for automation of data extracts.
Creates, analyzes and executes complex reports, queries, and data using BI Publisher/OTBI the design, configuration, and implementation of financial applications executing standard project management processes.

Manage, monitor and ensure appropriate application security and data management in accordance with guidelines and regulations governing the security, access, auditing, distributing, and privacy.

Manage vendor upgrades, new functionality and feature releases, and assess adoption strategies.

Functions as 3rd tier, senior level support of applications, troubleshooting software defects and technical issues, isolating and identifying the root cause of errors, correcting them and implementing sustainable solutions.

Manage and completed user requests, with regular status reporting of prioritization of new items, WIP and completed items.

Serves as mentor to lesser-experienced team members in system analysis and design, specification development and documentation as it relates to integration and data conversion.

Follows Change Management, other ITIL and IT best-practices and documented policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the NorthBay Healthcare’s electronic resources.

Manage day-to-day technical challenges and communicates to manager any risks or issues associated with the development activities.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 8 years of experience in IS healthcare field.
Licensure/Certification:None required.
   3.    Experience:  10+ years of overall IT Lead experience with relevant data migration and Integration experience for Business Applications. 3+ years of experience in leading and implementing large-scale data migrations and integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and other applications. Experience with API’s, REST/SOAP based web services available in Oracle Cloud ERP, and strong SQL skills required. Experience with test plans, test cases, test scripts, QA process, and automation of data extracts required. Experience with Oracle’s Integration Cloud (OIC), cloud adaptor, and connectors, Oracle PaaS (OIC, DBaaS, VBCs), OTBI, and BI Publisher Preferred. Certification in Oracle ERP Cloud SOA, Cloud Architecture preferred.
