Physician, Endocrinology

NorthBay Health Fairfield, CA (Onsite) Full-Time

NorthBay Health is seeking a Board-Certified, Licensed Endocrinologist to join our esteemed healthcare team in Northern California. Situated between the vibrant San Francisco Bay Area, scenic Napa Valley, and the cultural city of Sacramento, NorthBay Health offers an ideal location for both personal and professional growth with a strong focus on work-life balance.

The Endocrinologist will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a broad range of endocrine conditions, providing both inpatient and outpatient care.   • Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school, Completion of an accredited Endocrinology Fellowship Program
  • Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in Endocrinology
  • Licensure: Valid medical license to practice in California
  • Experience: Experience in Endocrinology, including managing both common and complex endocrine conditions. Expertise in advanced endocrinologic procedures such as thyroid biopsies, glucose tolerance testing, and hormone replacement therapies
  • Skills:
  • Strong clinical diagnostic skills in managing endocrine conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, and osteoporosis
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and families
  • Proficient in using medical software and electronic health records (EHR), Cerner and EPIC a plus

Compensation: 

  • w2 Employee model Income Guarantee: For full time candidates, $330,000 (2 years)  
  • Sign-On Bonus: $30,000 
  • Relocation Assistance: $15,000 Available for qualified candidates
