Pharmacy Tech II (Part Time, Day)
At NorthBay Health the Pharmacy Technician II works under the supervision of Pharmacy Manager and oversight by the Staff Pharmacists, performs technician functions and assists with drug dispensing and record keeping.
The Pharmacy Technician II maintains pharmacy inventory levels and integrity both within and outside the pharmacy.

Education:
- High school graduate preferred.
Licensure:
- Registration as Pharmacy Technician or Intern Pharmacist with the California State Board of Pharmacy is required.
Experience:
- Completion of pharmacy technologist training program.
- One year of institutional Pharmacy Technician experience required.
- Knowledge of the laws involved in hospital pharmacy practice.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must demonstrate competency in basic pharmaceutical calculations.
- Ability to type 25 wpm and have previous computer experience.

Work Hours:
- FTE: 0.9 (Full-Time Equivalent)
- Total Hours: 72 hours over two weeks
- Shift: 8-hour shifts
Compensation:
- Hourly Salary Range Min $34.53 - Max $38.06 (Offered hourly rate based on years of experience)
