Talent Acquisition Partner (Hybrid)

NorthBay Health Fairfield, CA (Hybrid) Full-Time

At NorthBay Health the Talent Acquisition Partner (TA Partner) reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition and Physician Recruitment, is responsible full-service recruitment support throughout the organization, this includes Licensed and non-licensed medical professionals, corporate staff, leadership and other skillsets as assigned. Collaborates with Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers to understand candidate requirements and establishes effective and creative sourcing initiatives. Responsible for fostering and cultivating relationships with operation’s managers, key candidates and talent pools for just in time sourcing and strategic long-term pipeline development.

Education: Bachelor degree in healthcare administration, health related field or business administration is required or a minimum of 8 years of experience in technical, healthcare, executive level recruitment and high-volume Sourcing, may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. 

Licensure/Certification: Recruitment Certification, AIRS Certification preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 year(s) of experience in licensed and non-licensed healthcare/hospital sourcing and full service recruitment, high volume growth recruitment in health organization preferred.  
  • Requires data management and business intelligence skills. 
  • Demonstrated high level skill with Boolean searches. 
  • Experience with cold calling, cold emailing, texting and vetting candidates sourced
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and CRMs, experience with Oracle preferred. 
  • Must be self-motivated and a self-starter who works well under pressure. 
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects
  • Requires a level of comfort with taking initiative and being accountable for team work and service excellence.
  • Requires a broad range of experience with recruiting multiple skill sets and job functions

Skills: 

  • Knowledge and understanding of healthcare industry, terminology and standards
  • Must be self-motivated and a self-starter who works well under pressure
  • Must be highly organized with demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of requisitions. 
  • Requires superb communications skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships. 
  • Requires data management and business intelligence skills. Demonstrated high level skill with Boolean searches. 
  • Exceptional interview skills and ability to discern character. 
  • Exceptional social skills.  Ability to establish strong rapport quickly, persuasive communication style. 
  • Proficient PC and skills with various computer programs.

Physical Effort:  Attendance is an essential function of the job. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may participate in the following activities:

  • 80% sitting with use of computer terminal, phones.
  • Occasional standing and squatting for general office duties, pushing of carts. 
  • Does require ability to report to any System campus periodically. 

Hours of Work: 

  • Flexible based on business need 
  • Hybrid– must be a commutable distance.  In the office at least 3 days a week or as needed based on business need.
  • May be occasionally required to alter work schedule or work after hours based on business need

Compensation:  $124K  to $140K  based on years of experience doing the duties of this role.
